Almost 6 years ago I was in a dark place. I had stepped away from my job that was draining me and made me feel so inadequate. While looking for a new opportunity Covid hit our world and most businesses were shutting down, not looking to hire. I was desperate for purpose and something that I could call a career. I had a college degree, had experience in multiple areas of work, but nothing out there felt like anything but a day-to-day with no end in sight. Then I found it.

Elite Realty Group was looking for an Executive Assistant. I had no training in real estate other than working for a property management company and taking real estate law course while getting my degree. I was not licensed. I was not trained in their CRM or how they do business. I was nervous, but wanted to know more. 

Fast forward almost 5 years later and here I am. Helping an amazing team of agents who are striving for their best. Yes, for their best and not to be the best. I have helped grow the team, brought in 3 deals, and am walking along with a team leader who gave me my shot in this career. It is not always pretty, it's not always easy, but it's what I am meant to do. I was meant for this team and to be by their side through their journey.
