A Day in the Life: Team Manager at Elite Realty Group

If you’ve ever wondered what a Team Manager actually does in a busy real estate office, buckle up — because it’s not all spreadsheets and snack restocking (though, yes, that happens too).

Today looked a little like this:

• Inbox wrangling: Checked emails, cleared out messages, and made sure nothing urgent was falling through the cracks. Communication is key when you’re the nerve center of a growing team.

• Morning vibes: Said hey to our incredible operator (we’re nothing without our people!) and fueled up with a quick breakfast.

• Creative mode: Designed and ordered custom closing gifts — the kind of thoughtful touches that make our clients feel extra special. Picked them up myself, too. Logistics queen, reporting for duty.

• Listing prep: Pulled material facts and prepped all the paperwork for an agent’s upcoming listing appointment. It’s all about making sure our agents show up prepared and polished.

• Agent onboarding: Getting ready to welcome a new agent to the squad! That means systems access, roadmap building, and a proper Elite Realty Group welcome.

• Back office grind: Checked the mail, closed out some financials, and knocked out accounting tasks. Not the flashiest part of the day, but oh-so-crucial to keeping the machine running smoothly.

• Ops check-in: Reviewed my to-do list and KPIs to see what needed prioritizing before week’s end. I don’t just manage people — I manage outcomes.

• Decluttering spree: Cleaned out an office and sorted through items we no longer need as we condense our space (and level up our efficiency). Bye-bye clutter, hello clarity.

• Team cheerleader mode: Sent a positive, motivating message to the group chat — because mindset matters, and a little love goes a long way.

• Marketing nudge: Encouraged our agents (with a smile and maybe a little sass) to record and send in their marketing videos. Branding doesn’t build itself!

• And finally… Wrapped it all up by writing this blog post. Because if I don’t share what’s happening behind the scenes, who will?

Truth is, this job isn’t about doing one thing well — it’s about balancing 57 things without letting any of them hit the floor. Some days I’m the planner, the cleaner, the encourager, the accountant, and the personal shopper… all before lunch.

And you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
